Fixed scope means fixed in writing. Small tweaks inside the outcome (copy, prompts, routing rules) are unlimited during build. If you add a new workflow or integration mid-build, we quote a fixed add-on first — you approve before we build. Never a surprise invoice.

Post-launch support and handover are agreed in your project scope. Optional monthly care is available for monitoring, fixes and ongoing improvement, with a separate quote based on workload.
