Zykken operates this website and receives website enquiries at info@zykken.com. In this policy, “we” means Zykken. A client project may involve different data processing arrangements; those belong in the applicable project agreement rather than this website notice.
Information we receive
The enquiry form collects your name, email address and selected service. A phone or WhatsApp number and project message are optional. Direct emails may include your message, attachments and correspondence. Please share only information needed to discuss your project; do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal records through the enquiry form.
Technical and browser information
Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process IP addresses, request information, device/browser details and operational logs to deliver and protect the website. Our own website code does not install advertising pixels or analytics trackers. It uses a temporary browser preference to shorten the greeting intro on repeat visits in the same tab. Why we use your information
We use enquiry details to reply, understand your requirements, arrange the audit you request, prepare a quote and manage related correspondence. Technical information supports hosting, security and troubleshooting. Submitting an enquiry requests a response; it does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Basis for using your information
Where the applicable law requires a legal basis, handling an enquiry may involve steps you request before entering a contract, consent where required, permitted legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, or a legal obligation. We do not use a request for a quote as blanket permission for unrelated marketing.
Who receives the information
The form sends your enquiry through Resend to info@zykken.com, with your email address as Reply-To. Our business email provider handles receipt and subsequent correspondence. Vercel provides website hosting. Information may also need to be disclosed where legally required or to protect lawful rights. Processing locations
Hosting and email providers may process information in countries other than yours. Locations, subprocessors and safeguards depend on the relevant provider and account configuration. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, those safeguards must apply. You can contact us to ask about the handling of your specific enquiry.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept while needed to respond, prepare and discuss a proposal, manage an ongoing business relationship, or meet applicable recordkeeping, dispute and legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose, whether a project proceeds, and any applicable obligations; this website does not impose an invented fixed retention period. Provider logs and backups follow their respective retention arrangements. You may request deletion of enquiry information that is no longer needed.
Security and confidentiality
The public site uses HTTPS, and the contact endpoint validates requests before sending them to the email provider. Access to enquiries should be limited to the people and providers handling them. No internet service can promise absolute security. Confidential project data, access credentials and customer datasets require an agreed secure sharing process.
Your choices and requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive your information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and raise a complaint with the relevant authority. Send a request or concern to info@zykken.com, identifying the enquiry and the action you want. We may need to verify your identity and will handle requests within applicable legal time limits. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing, and some records may need to be retained for legal reasons.
Children’s information
This website offers business services and is not directed at children. Please do not send a child’s personal information through the enquiry form. If you believe such information has been supplied, contact us so we can review and address it.
