Website and project terms
These terms apply to use of zykken.com and its public information. Sending an enquiry, requesting an audit or viewing a service page does not place an order or create a paid project. If a signed agreement or accepted proposal sets different terms for your engagement, that agreement governs the engagement, subject to applicable mandatory law.
Using the website
Use the site lawfully. Do not submit spam, malware or unlawful material; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the site; or misrepresent your identity or authority. Information you provide should be accurate and you must have permission to share it.
Scope, quotations and payment
All services and ongoing care are custom-quoted. Before paid work begins, the proposal should identify deliverables, integrations, responsibilities, acceptance checks, timeline, investment and payment milestones. A free audit is an enquiry-stage service, not a promise to accept every project. Availability and delivery dates are confirmed for the specific scope.
Revisions and additional work
Revisions and acceptance criteria are defined by the agreed scope. Additional workflows, integrations or other work are separately scoped and quoted for approval before the additional work starts. Material delays in access, inputs or decisions may require an updated delivery plan.
Third-party and operating costs
Software subscriptions, hosting and API, AI, messaging or email usage can be separate from Zykken’s project fees. Relevant costs and applicable taxes should be identified in the proposal. Third-party services operate under their own terms and may change pricing, availability or features.
Ownership and handover
Our project approach gives clients ownership of their custom code, workflows, prompts, documentation, accounts and data. Your agreement defines deliverables and handover. Existing Zykken website materials, pre-existing tools, open-source code and third-party assets retain their respective ownership and licence terms; client ownership does not transfer rights that a third party owns.
Client inputs and data
For a project, you are responsible for authorized access, lawful data sharing, necessary notices and permissions, timely decisions, and reviewing important outputs. Access credentials and customer information should be shared through an agreed secure process. Roles for handling client personal data should be defined in the project agreement where necessary.
Support, cancellation and refunds
Post-launch support and ongoing care are agreed for your project. Cancellation, pause, refund and handover arrangements belong in the accepted proposal or agreement. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for how to raise a request. Nothing here removes a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
Website content and links
You may view and share links to public pages. Do not republish website copy, logos or artwork as your own or use them in a way that implies Zykken’s endorsement without permission. Links to third-party websites are provided for context and do not make their content or services part of a Zykken agreement.
Information, AI and results
Public information is general and may change. Illustrative diagrams are explanations, not live software or verified client screenshots. Case-study outcomes describe particular reported experiences and are not a guarantee of future performance. AI outputs and actions require checks appropriate to their use. Read the Website & AI Disclaimer.
Applicable rights and disputes
We aim to resolve website or project concerns through direct discussion at info@zykken.com. The governing law, dispute process and any project-specific liability terms should be set in the accepted project agreement. These website terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update the website and these terms, with the latest date shown above. A website update does not silently rewrite an existing signed project agreement. Questions about the site or these terms can be sent to info@zykken.com.
